Turn Around Time (TAT)

  • Our current TAT is 3 -14 business days.
  • This is the time it takes for us to process/prepare your order.
  • The TAT does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you.


    I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. However, If there is a problem with your package, such as: Missing items, Damage, B Grade you must contact us with in 72 hrs of your package arrival! If you received a b-grade with flaws, or your package is damaged you must email me with photos of the flaws or damage to for a potential exchange and or insurance claim. This will be the only exception.


    Route Protection is automatically added to your cart when you start your check out process. If you remove this, your package is NO LONGER COVERED if it is lost, stolen, or damaged while going through the mailing process. If something happens to your package without route protection but was sent priority mail you will have to have to Dispute with the USPS department and there is no guarantee that they will even do anything. PLEASE Keep Route on your package so I can help you!

    Apparel and Product Disclaimer

    Due to the ever changing supply chain issues, I will do my best to honor the selections made. However, I do reserve the right to select the next closest color or item (clothing color, vinyl color, cups/tumblers, mouse pads bags etc) should the color or item you selected become unavailable. Should this occur, you will be notified.


    At this time, our signs are only available for pickup in Greenville, Texas. If you would like to pay for shipping, please reach out to order.
